In 2024, she launched Siikat Natural Headspa. It began in a modest space with a mission rooted in care:

Siti bootstrapped everything. She poured her savings, time and heart into the venture — juggling motherhood, a full-time job, coaching and her growing wellness brand. It was not her first business, but it was the one that held her soul.
The journey wasn’t without its storms. Finding staff aligned with her values was tough. Sourcing ethical and effective products took persistence. Educating the public that head-spa was about healing, not just trends, required patience. And all of it had to scale — without compromising integrity.

She looked at her staff and saw not just employees but families. Thirty children depended on Siikat’s success. Every decision became a ripple — affecting livelihoods, healing journeys and futures.
That’s why Siti is now building something even bigger — Siikat Academy.
This academy will train women from B40 communities, help mothers relaunch careers and create jobs that AI can’t replace. From therapists to trainers, Siikat is becoming a pipeline of wellness talent for the nation. It’s about healing heads and uplifting homes.
